Determining the best way to handle tax issues
In matters such as these, we are your strong advocate. We spend the time needed to determine the best course of action. In some cases, the client would be best served by an offer in compromise or by returning to tax compliance. In other cases, it may be best to litigate in tax court. We have the knowledge and experience since 1973 to advise you about the appropriate response to an IRS or state tax authority inquiry.
Tax return preparation for existing clients
We prepare tax returns for select high-income clients, although we are not a tax preparation service. In this and in any tax work, we are meticulous about ensuring the accuracy of our clients’ federal and state tax returns. We make certain that all income, withholding, and estimated tax payments are properly reported, all requirements for deductions and credits are met, all pass-through income and losses are accurately reflected, and all capital gains and loss transactions are researched for appropriate cost basis. We work to keep our clients in full compliance with tax law.
