Mr. Zodda joined the firm as an associate in 2016 after working as a general practitioner in Rockland County for over 20 years, primarily specializing in real estate transactions.

A graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in History (1992), he received his Law Degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark (J.D. 1995).  Mr. Zodda was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1996 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Rockland County Bar Association.

Mr. Zodda has extensive experience in commercial and residential transactions, including new constructions, condominiums, and cooperative apartments.  He has represented commercial and private lenders in commercial mortgages, construction loans and foreclosure actions.  He has also prosecuted and defended real estate litigations, such as landlord/tenant proceeding and adverse possession claims, on behalf of individuals and corporate entities.
