Mr. Ross, a former associate with Katlowitz & Associates and Bashian & Farber, joined the Firm as an associate in February 2008. He graduated from Columbia University in 1983 with a B.A., Brooklyn Law School in 1992 with a J.D. and Boston University School of Law in 2001 with a LLM, Tax.

Mr. Ross's practice focuses primarily on Tax and Trusts and Estates issues.  He handles audits, tax controversy work, representation of corporations, partnerships, estates, charities and individuals before Tax authorities, settlement of Estates and litigation of contested Estates.

Mr. Ross is a member of the Rockland County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
