Probate and Administration

Most estates are simple and require only that the will be probated in Surrogate's Court. Other estates are more complex or contentious; our law firm, Montalbano, Condon & Frank, P.C., helps clients with all types of estates. Our lawyers probate wills and act as counsel to executors and trustees. In addition, our attorneys often serve as executor or administrator. In all these capacities, our attorneys use their years of experience to provide representation and counsel that helps clients achieve their goals.
