Mr. Valentine became associated with the Firm in 2011, joining the Real Estate Department with Anthony Montalbano and Brian J. Quinn. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Valentine was an associate at Traub, Lieberman, Straus & Shrewsberry, LLP where his practice focused on insurance coverage issues related to securities.  In that capacity Mr. Valentine provided insurers with advice on coverage issues presented by such claims and was tasked with negotiating settlements on behalf of insurers at mediations.

Mr. Valentine was admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars in 2010 and 2009, respectively. He graduated from Pace University School of Law in 2009, cum laude, where he was the Case Note and Comment Editor of the Pace International Law Review.  For his academic achievements, Mr. Valentine was awarded the school's Upper-Division and Ben Marden Scholarships. He was also awarded first place in the Broome County Bar Association’s student writing competition for his critique of the Posse Comitatus Act and resulting sluggish response to Hurricane Katrina.  In 2006, Mr. Valentine received a B.S. in Marketing, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University's Business School of Management where he was one of the 5% of students selected to the PricewaterhouseCoopers Scholars Program.
