Mr. Valentine became associated with the Firm in 2011, joining the Real Estate Department with Anthony Montalbano and Brian J. Quinn.  Since joining the Firm, Mr. Valentine has represented individuals, entities, and developers in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial development, corporate law issues and civil disputes. Mr. Valentine also represents both landlord and tenants in all phases of leases and related documents, performs property management work, and is exclusive counsel to owners of some of the largest office and retail buildings in the County.

In 2016 and 2015, Mr. Valentine was named by Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star" in the New York Metro Area, an honor awarded to less than 3% of all attorneys in the state.

In 2014, Mr. Valentine was nominated to the Rockland Economic Development Corporation’s Forty Under 40 program to celebrate Rockland County’s rising stars and leaders of tomorrow.

Mr. Valentine practices primarily in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, leasing, financing, planning and zoning. He also handles corporate and employment matters, and represents individuals and entities in property tax challenges throughout the county.  Mr. Valentine assists the Firm’s commercial litigation department and appears regularly in the Rockland, Orange, Westchester and Dutchess County Supreme Courts, as well as many Justice Courts throughout the Hudson Valley.  Mr. Valentine has also prosecuted and argued appeals to the appellate division second department.

Mr. Valentine is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey State Bars. He graduated from Pace University School of Law with academic honors and was the Case Note and Comment Editor of the Pace International Law Review. Mr. Valentine was also the recipient of the school's Upper-Division and Ben Marden Scholarships.  Prior to law school, Mr. Valentine received a B.S. in Marketing, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University's Business School of Management where he was one of the 5% of students selected to the PricewaterhouseCoopers Scholars Program.
